His clients are both domestic and international and range from small family-based local businesses to multimillion dollar manufacturing and service firms. One of the partnerships he helped start as a CXO, became an INC 5000 success, multiple years in a row.

Phil knows the importance of family and the time to spend with them. He has 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren which are the joy in his life. His interests include travel and exploration of new places.
